Last image of the Clouds 365 Project. It has always been important to me to pass on my love of weather to my family, so we decided to chase storms together on the last day. We drove 8 hours from Dallas, TX to Guymon, Oklahoma and caught this amazing supercell at sunset. Perhaps this is a little cheesy and might qualify for “strangest family portrait”, but I love it. It is beautiful. My family has been such a huge part of this project, I could NOT have done it without them. They love this project as much as I do. I wanted to honor and thank them with this last image. Don’t worry Grandma’s, the storm looks closer than it was!
Thank you so much for your support over the years, you have meant so much to me. I promise, I will continue to look up in amazement and photograph the skies, that is for sure. For now, I will take a bit of a break and reflect. Look for a book within the year hopefully!
Love to all,
Kelly
